Spigulis & Kukainis is a full service business law firm located in Riga, Latvia, with attorneys who are licensed to practice in both the United States and Latvia.  We offer consultations in Latvian, Russian, English, Lithuanian and German.

What we do 

We provide one-stop advisory services for your tax and legal questions, and can assist you with all your business law needs.  We also are known for our experience with real estate  law (sale, lease, and management of any type of property) and Mergers and Acquisitions.  

We are highly respected in the legal community for our litigation skills as well as our experience with intermodal transport issues (agreements/disputes with ports and port facilities, shipping companies, railways, aircraft service providers, freight forwarders, etc.).

Spigulis & Kukainis has attorneys that are licensed to practice both in Latvian and the United States, thus we have the ability to provide consultations in 100% fluent English.  This insures that the needs and opinions of our clients are clearly understood in order to effectively protect their interests to the highest degree, that is, nothing is "lost in translation".
