Competition Law

Spigulis & Kukainis has represented clients before the Directorate General of the European Commission Competition Authority since 2004.

Our office has a tremendous amount of experience in requesting and receiving permission for mergers from the Latvian Competition Council, as well as representing clients before the Competition Council for potential breach of Latvian Competition Law.

We have also represented clients before the European Commission regarding abuse of dominant position and illegal state aid.
