Arturs Spigulis in LTV news story about a meeting of the Latvian Saeima's Economic Affairs Committee regarding Latvian Ports

Spigulis & Kukainis partner Arturs Spigulis was featured in a news story on the popular LTV Panorama news program on 1 February 2012 as one of the representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce in Latvia, providing commentary on the required amendments to the Latvian Law on Ports which are necessary to improve the legal environment for entrepreneurship/foreign direct investment in the ports of Latvia.
